  • Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance

3. Service Licence and Use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our AI automation services according to your subscription or purchase agreement.

3.2 Licence Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
  • Use the services for illegal purposes or to harm others
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorised persons
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or usage limits
  • Use the services to create competing AI automation platforms

3.3 Fair Use

We reserve the right to implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users. We will provide notice of any such limits.

4. User Accounts and Security

4.1 Account Creation

When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

4.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches of these terms, but will:

  • Provide reasonable notice where possible (except for serious violations)
  • Allow you to remedy minor breaches where appropriate
  • Retain your data according to our retention policy to allow service restoration

5. Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of content you submit to our services. However, to provide our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

  • Process your content through our AI systems
  • Store and backup your content
  • Display your content back to you through our interface

6.3 Data Processing Licence

For service improvement purposes only, you grant us a limited licence to analyse usage patterns and performance metrics in an anonymised, aggregated form that cannot identify you personally.

6.4 AI-Generated Content

You own the output generated by our AI systems based on your inputs, subject to:

  • Our right to improve our systems based on usage patterns
  • Third-party rights that may exist in source materials
  • Your responsibility to verify the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated content

7. AI Services and Limitations

7.1 AI Service Description

Our AI systems may:

  • Generate text, images, code, or other content
  • Analyse business data to provide insights
  • Automate workflows and processes
  • Learn from interactions to improve performance

7.2 AI Limitations and Your Responsibilities

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may:

  • Contain factual errors or inaccuracies
  • Reflect biases present in training data
  • Produce unexpected outputs
  • Require human review and validation

Important: You should always review and validate AI-generated content before using it for important decisions, particularly in professional, medical, legal, or financial contexts.

7.3 Service Availability

Whilst we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance where possible.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

8.1 Data Processing

We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

10. Payment and Billing

10.1 Subscription Services

For subscription services:

  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

10.2 One-Time Purchases

For project-based services, payment terms will be agreed separately and confirmed in writing.

10.3 Refunds

Our refund policy varies by service type:

Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of purchase. However, if you request that we begin providing services immediately, you may lose this right for services fully performed during the cancellation period.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Subscription services: Pro-rata refunds for unused portions in case of service failures we cannot resolve
  • One-time services: Refunds available before work commences; partial refunds considered for work in progress
  • Service failures: Credits or refunds where services materially fail to meet reasonable expectations

11. Liability and Warranties

11.1 Consumer Rights Protection

If you are a consumer: Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11.2 Service Warranties (Business Users)

For business users, we provide services on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that:

  • Services will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for all purposes
  • Our systems will meet all your specific requirements

11.3 Limitation of Liability (Business Users)

For business users only, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
  • Fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Other liability that cannot be excluded by law

11.4 Consumer Liability Protection

If you are a consumer: The above liability limitations do not apply to you. Our liability to you is governed by applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Indemnification (Business Users Only)

This section applies only to business users.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Your breach of these terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Content you submit that infringes third-party rights
  • Your misuse of our services

This does not apply to claims arising from our negligence or breach of these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.2 Consumer Rights

For business users, disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be subject to mediation before court proceedings, unless urgent injunctive relief is required.

13.4 Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

14. Termination

14.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Cancelling through your account settings
  • Contacting us directly
  • For consumers: exercising your cancellation rights where applicable

14.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate accounts for:

  • Material breach of these terms (with reasonable notice to remedy where appropriate)

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

15. General Terms

15.3 Entire Agreement

15.4 Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.

15.5 Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications electronically. You may withdraw this consent by discontinuing use of our services.

16. Definitions

  • "AI Systems" means our artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies including derivitives from tools used.
  • "Consumer" means an individual acting for personal purposes outside trade, business, or profession
  • "Personal Data" has the meaning given in UK GDPR
  • "Services" means our AI automation services and related offerings
  • "User Content" means content you submit, upload, or transmit through our services
